SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby setting forth its inten-
tion to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Chartel.:
SR-373 The laying underground of an eight (8) inch
terra cotta sanitary sewer and necessa2y manholes
and appurtenances .
At or near the centerline of West Forty-seventh (47th)
Street from a point at or near the west line, uroduced
southerly of Lot Two ( 2) , Block Thirty-two (32) , Lakeview
Subdivision, to a point at or near the west line , produced
southerly of Lot Two ( 2) of the Resubdivision of Lots
One ( 1) and Two ( 2) , Block Thirty-two (32) , said Lakeview
Subdivision.
Together with a six inch terra cotta sewer lateral to the
line of Lot Two ( 2) of the Resubdivision of Lots One (i)
and Two ( 2) , Block Thirty-two (32) , Lakeview Subdivision.
As said Street, Lots, Block, Subdivision and Resubdivision
are shown on Plats recorded in Plat Book Fourteen (14) ,
Page Forty-two (42) , and Plat Book Thirty-eight (38) , Page
Sixty-four ( 64) , of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida, and as said Street is named and designated in
Ordinance No. 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement and an estimate
of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the expenses
of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence
of the work, the preparation of bonds, interest during construction,
legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and
proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided for; and
the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting
property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-373, and the property against
which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be
designated as District SR-373.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS DAY OF A.D. 1940.
