SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVE'^`ENT S SR_372 and SR-373 DISTRICTS SR-.372
and SR.373
WHEREAS, on the 9th day of October 194-0 , the
City Council passed and adopted resolutions ordering the
improvements designated as Sanitary Sewer
Improvements SR-372 & 373 District S SR-372 and 373
and directed the City Engineer to prepare and file plans
and specifications of such improvement and an estimate
of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the incidental
e: )(arises , and the said plans and specifications and esti-
mate of cost and estimate of incidental expenses have been
filed by the City Engineer with the City Clerk.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council. of
Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to
be posted at the door of the City Hall in the City of Miami
Beach, Miami Beach Police Station and. Dade Boulevard Fire
Station, in the City of Miami Beach, a notice stating that
at a meeting of the City Council of Miami. Beach on the
6th day of November 1940 , at 10 :00 o 'clock A. M. , the
City Council will hoar the objections of all persons in-
terested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of October, A. D. ,
1940 .
