RESOLUTION NO. 5033
SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
SR-374 SR-374
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby setting forth its inten-
tion to Proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SR374 The layi.r.g underground of an eight (8) inch terra
cotta sanitary sewer and necessary manholes and appur-
tenances.
At or near the centerline of the easement in block 15,
Nautilus Addition, from a point at or near the northerly
line of Lot Three (3) , to a point at or near the northerly
line of Lot Four ( 4) , all of said Block and Subdivision.
Together with a six (6) inch terra cotta sewer lateral
from the main sewer to the line of said Lot ' our (4) ,
as a part of the main improvement.
As said Easement, Lots, Block and Subdivision are shown on
a Plat recorded in Plat Book Eight (8) Page One Hundred
Thirty (130) of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
Cite Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement and an estimate
of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the expenses
of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and su-oerintendence
of the work, the preparation of bonds, interest during construction,
legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and
proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided for; and
the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting
property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-374, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost t_�ereof
shall be designated as District SR374.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 16th DAY OF October, A. 1940.
