WHEREAS, EDELL'S, INC . , propose to construct Sheet Steel
Bulkhead & One Temporary Timber Groyne in the Atlantic Ocean,
as shown on two drawings designated Sheet 1 of 2 and Sheet 2 of
2 and entitled as follows:
SKETCH TO ACCOMPANY PERMIT APPLN.
TO CONSTRUCT
SHEET STEEL BULKHEAD
ONE TEMPORARY TIMBER GROYNE
IN ATLANTIC OCEAN
EDELL'S, INC.
1701 Collins Ave.
Miami Beach, Fla.
Oct. 25, 1940
and
WHEREAS C, said plans have been presented to and considered
by the City ouncil, and a copy of same is attached and made a
part hereof, and
WHEREAS, the construction contemplated by the said Edell' s,
Inc. , will not interfere with any plans for work which the said
City Council has in view,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, in legal meeting assembled, that
the City Council waive and it does hereby waive all objections to
the said proposed construction.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of November, A. D. , 1940.
