RESOLUTION NO. 5066
SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
SK-100 SK-100
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEAOH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
.ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its inten-
tion to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SK-100 X Five (5) Foot Concrete sidewalk on the north side
of Thirty-first (31st) Street from Collins avenue
to the west line of Lot One (1) Block Sixteen (16) ,
Amended Map of the Miami Beach Improvement Company! s
Ocean Front Property.
As said Street, Avenue, Lot, Block and Subdivision
are shown on a Plat recorded in Plat Book Five (5)
Pages Seven (7) and Eight (8) and as said Street is
named and designated in Ordinance No. 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk Plans and Specifications of said improvement and an estimate
of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the expenses
of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence
of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and estimates,
the printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the preparation
of bonds, interest during construction, legal services, abstracts, etc. ,
and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings
and work herein provided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed
against each front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sidewalk Improvement SK-100, and the property against which
assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be designated
as District SK-100.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 20th DAY OF November A.D. 1940.
