SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its inten-
tion to proceed ander Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SR-379 The laying underground of an eight (8) inch
terra cotta sanitary sewer and necessary man-
holes and appurtenances.
At or near the centerline of Abbott Avenue from
a point at or near the northerly line, produced
easterly, of Lot Eight (8) , Block Sixteen (16) ,
Altos Del Mar No . 3, to a point at or near the
centerline of Seventy-ninth (79th) Street.
Together with a six (6) inch terra cotta sewer
lateral from the main sewer to the line of Lots
Eleven (11) and Twelve (12) , said Block and
Subdivision, as a part of the main improvement.
As said Avenue , Street, Lot, Block and Subdivision
are shown on a Plat recorded in Plat Book Eight (8)
Page Forty-one ( 41) of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida, and as snid Abbott Avenue and
Seventy-ninth (79th) Street are named and designated
in Ordinance N0. 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk Plans and Specifications of said improvement and an estimate
of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the expenses
of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence
I of the work, the preparation of bonds, interest during construction,
legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and
proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided for; and
the estimated amoun, to be assessed against each front foot of abutting
property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-379, and the property against
which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be
designated ns District SR-379.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 27th DAY OF November A.D. 1940.
