RESOLUTION NO . 5079
SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR_377 DISTRICT SR_377
WHEREAS , the City Council , by .cation pP.ssed
and adopted on the 13th day of November, :.)40 , ordered the
Sanitary Sewer Improvement sR_377
District SR-377 , and has prepared ano filed with the
City Clerk plans and specifications of such improvement
and an estimate of the cost thereof, inclining an estimate
of the cost of the incidental expenses of raid improvement
and whereas due notice by publication as required by the
City Charter has been made that the City Council would on
the 4th day of December1940 , at the City Hall in said City
at 10 :00 o ' clock A. M. , receive and hear objections of all
persons interested to the confirmation of said resolution
ordering said improvement , and no objections having been
presented at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the said resolution
of said City Council ordering said Sanitary Sewer
Improvement SR-377, District SR-377, be and the same
is hereby confirmed, and an appropriation of 3377. 30
is hereby authorized to be set up from Current Fund surplus
the City Council hereby
declaring its intention to proceed with City forces without
contract.

1940.
