IMPROVEMENT H-250 DISTRICT H-250
WHEREAS, the City Council , by -°,;s 'lution pF.ssed
and adopted on the 13th day of November, .9 40 , ordered the
Highway _ Improvement H-250
District H-250 and has prepared ano. :filed with the
City Clerk plans and specifications of such improvement
and an estimate of the cost thereof, inclue,ing an estimate
of the cost of the incidental expenses of raid Improvement
and whereas due notice by publication as required by the
City Charter has been made that the City Council would on
theth day of December1940 , at the City Hall in said City
at 10 :00 o ' clock A. M. , receive and hear objections of all
persons interested to the confirmation of said resolution
ordering said improvement , and no objections having been
presented at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the said resolution
of said City Council ordering said Highway
Improvement H-250 District H-250, be and the same
is hereby confirmed, and an appropriation of $660.33
is hereby authorized to be set up from Current Fund
Surplus the City Council hereby
declaring its intention to proceed with City forces without
contract.
