Resolution 5087 RESOLUTION NO. 5087
WHEREAS, A. W. McCleery, doingbusiness as Federal
Parking Lot , has submitted to the ity Council of the
City of Miami Beach the following proposition:
"The Federal Parking Lot , Washington at 12th,
Miami Beach, Fla. , wishes to submit the following
proposal to furnish parking space for cars of the
officials and employees of the City Hall for the
period from Dec. 11th, 1940 until May 1st, 1941,
as follows:
For the 20 weeks - on a basis of cars - a total
of 880 car weeks , the Federal Parking Lot will park
these cars at 60¢ per car :ger week, a total of i5528.00.
Additional cars can be arranged for if desired at the
same rate.
All cars to be placed and called for by their drivers
and as directed by the parking lot attendant.
The parking space to be used from the hours of 8 A. M.
to 6 P. M. only.
All cars to be left unlocked to permit moving if
necessary.
All cars to bear a small label on the windshield,
furnished by the lot , for easy identification. "
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
Trip., CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that said proposition be,
and the same is hereby accepted, under the terms and con-
ditions thereof, the payment of the said $528.00 to be made
as follows: $300.00 upon signing of this agreement , and the
balance of $228.00 on or before January 2nd, 1941.
