WHEREAS, the City Council , by os.;lution passed
and adopted on the 27th day of November :41-0 , ordered the
Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-379
District sR_379 and has prepared an('_ Med with the
City Clerk plans and specifications of su:•h improvement
and an estimate of the cost thereof , incl ui:ng an estimate
of the cost of the incidental expenses of raid improvement
and whereas due notice by publication as required by the
City Charter has been made that the City Council would on
the 1lthday ofDecember 194-0 , at the City Hall in said City
at 10 :00 o ' clock A. M. , receive and hear objections of all
persons interested to the confirmation of said resolution
ordering said improvement , and no objections having been
presented at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the said resolution
of said City Council ordering said Sanitary Sewer
Improvement sR-379 District SR-379 be and the same
is hereby confirmed, and an appropriation of
s 02. 0
is hereby authorized to be set up from Current7
Fund Surplus the City Council hereby
declaring i-ts intention to proceed with City forces without
contract.
