SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
SK-105 SK-105
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
_hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its .intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Chartdr:
SK-105 A five ( 5) foot concrete sidewalk on the west
side of Ocean Terrace, from the north line of
Seventy-fourth (74th) Street to the south line
of Seventy-fifth ( 75th) Street.
As said Terrace, Streets and Subdivision are shown
on a Plat recorded in Plat Book Thirty-four (34) ,
Page Four (4) of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida, and as said Terrace and Struts are named
and designated in Ordinance No. 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk Plans and Specifications of said improvement and an
estimate of the cost thereof; including an estimate of the cost of
the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and
superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifica-
tions and estimates, the printing and publication of notices and
proceedings, the preparation of bonds, interest during construction,
legal services, abstract'', etc., and any other expenses necessary
and proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided for;
and the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of
abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Didewalk Improvement SK-105, and the • roperty against which
assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be desig-
nated as District SK-105.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 11th DAY OF December
A.D. 1940.
