IMPROVEMENT SR-380 DISTRICT SR-380
WHEREAS, the City Council , by -os ;lution pr.ssed
and adopted on the 18th day of December 940 , ordered the
Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-380
District SR-380, and has prepared ano. filed with the
City Clerk plans and specifications of sue improvement
and an estimate of the cost thereof, incl ucing an estimate
of the cost of the incidental expenses of raid Improvement
and whereas due notice by publication as required by the
City Charter has been made that the City Council would on
the 2nd day of Januaryy, 1941 , at the City Hall in said City
at 10 :00 o ' clock A. DL , receive and hear objections of all
persons interested to the confirmation of said resolution
ordering said improvement , and no objections having been
presented at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the said resolution
of said City Council ordering said Sanitary Sewer
Improvement SR-380 District SR-380 be and the same
is hereby confirmed, and an appropriation of , 84.15
is hereby authorized to be set up from Unappropriated
Capital Fund, the City Council hereby
declaring its intention to proceed with City forces without
contract.
