IMPROVEMENT SR-381 DISTRICT SR-381
WHEREAS, the City Council, by ~ , i:.ition passed
and adopted on the 18th day of December, = 40 , ordered the
Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-381
District SR-381 and has prepared an��. filed with the
City Clerk plans and specifications of such improvement
and an estimate of the cost thereof, inciuing an estimate
of the cost of the incidental expenses of said Improvement
and whereas due notice by publication as required by the
City Charter has been made that the City Council would on
the 2nd day of January 19 4], at the City Hall in said City
at 10 :00 o ' clock A. M. , receive and hear objections of all
persons interested to the confirmation of said resolution
ordering said improvement , and no objections having been
presented at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the said resolution
of said City Council ordering said Sanitary Sewer
Improvement SR-381, District SR-381, be and the same
is hereby confirmed, and an appropriation of 4172.70
is hereby authorized to be set up from Unappropriated
Capital fund the City Council hereby
declaring its' intention to proceed with City forces without
contract.
