A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARTNG
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR WRI1' EN
OBJECTIONS TO THE CONFIRMAT::ON
OF ASSESSMENT ROLLS.
SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS DISTRICTS SR-360,
SR-360, 361, 362, 363, 364 361, 362, 363, 364
AND 365 AND 365.
WHEREAS, preliminary assessment rolls have been
completed by the City Engineer and filed by him with
the City Clerk, on the above described improvements in
accordance with the provisions of Sections 29 c_.nd 30,
of the City Charter.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami. Beach, Florida, that the City
Clerk cause notice to be given in accordance with said
City Charter that a meeting of the City Council will be
held at 10:00 o' clock A. M. , February 12th, 1911 ,
at which time x.11 interested persons may appear and file
written objections to the confirmation of said rolls.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 29th ay of January,
