RESOLUTION NO. 5127
SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR-383 DISTRICT SR-383
WHEREAS, the City Council, by resolution passed
and adopted on the 29th day of January, 1941 , ordered
the Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-383
District SR-383, and has prepared and filed
with the City Clerk plans and specifications of such im-
provement and an estimate of the cost thereof, includ-
ing an estimate of the cost of the incidental expenses
of said improvement and whereas due notice by publication
as required by the City Charter has been made that the
City Council would on the 12th day of February, 1941 ,
at the City Hall in said City at 10: 00 otclock A. M. ,
receive and hear objections of all persons interested to
the confirmation of said resolution ordering said improve-
ment, and no objections having been presented at the time
and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the said re4
solution of said City Council ordering said Sanitary Sewer
Improvement S.c-383 District SR-383, be and
the same is hereby confirmed, and an appopriation of
$193.60 is hereby authorized to be set up
from Current Fund Surplus, the City
Council hereby declaring its intention to proceed with
City forces without contract.
