TIONS TO THE ACCEPTANCE CF

AND SR-366
WHEREAS, SANITARY SEWER IMPROVE'P ':' Sr-354 AND
SR-366, Districts SR-354 and SR-366,
hamebeen completed and acceptance of said improvements
recommended by the City Manager and the City Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk
cause notice to be given in accordance with the Charter
of said City, that a meeting of the City Council will be
held at 10 :00 o ' clock A. M. on a th 5.th,'. , A. D. ,
1941 , at the City Hall, at which time and place said City
Council will hear any objections of persons interested in
or affected by the said improvements as to the acceptance
thereof by the City Councils
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 12thday of February,
A. D. 1941 .
