A RESOLUTION CALLING A HFARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR OL ; EC•-
TIONS TO THE ACCEPTANCE CF
IMPROVEMENTS .
SIDEWALK
IMPROVEMENTS SK-96, SK-97 AND SK-99 - STRICT S SK-96,
SK-97 AND SK-99
WHEREAS, SIDEWALK IMPROVEi:TT S SK-96, AK-97,
AND SK-99 Districlz SK-96, SK-97 and SK-97,
hambeen completed and acceptance of said improvements
recommended by the City Manager and the City Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk
cause notice to be given in accordance with the Charter
of said City, that a meeting of the City Council will be
held at 10 :00 o ' clock A. M. on =March 5th, •' , A. D. ,
19 41, at the City Hall, at which time and place said City
Council will hear any objections of persons interested in
or affected by the said improvements as to the acceptance
thereof by the City Councils
