RESOLUTION NO. 5176
SIDEWALK
IMPROVEMENT SK-106 DISTRICT SK-106
WHEREAS, the City Council, by resolution passed
and adopted on the 12th day of February, 19 41 , ordered
the Sidewalk Improvement SK-106
District SK-106, and has prepared and filed
with the City Clerk plans and specifications of such im-
provement and an estimate of the cost thereof, includ-
ing an estimate of the cost of the incidental expenses
of said improvement and whereas due notice by publication
as required by the City Charter has been made that the
City Council would on the 5th day of I!arch, 1941 ,
at the City Hall in said City at 10:00 o ' clock A. M. ,
receive and hear objections of all persons interested to
the confirmation of said resolution ordering said improve-
ment, and no objections having been presented at the time
and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the said res
solution of said City Council ordering said Sidewalk
Improvement SK-106, District 8K-106, be and
the same is hereby confirmed, and an appropriation of
;;139.76 is hereby authorized to be set up
from Current Fund Surplus the City
Council hereby declaring its intention to proceed with
City forces without contract.
