SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ThE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to nroceed under Sections 29 and 30 cf the City Charter:
SR-384 The laying underground of an eight (8) inch terra cotta
sanitary sewer and necessary manholes and appurtenances.
At or near the centerline of Flamingo Drive from a point
at or near the southerly line, produced easterly of
Lot Seventeen (1?) , Block Six (6) , Flamingo Terrace
Subdivision, to a point at or near the southerly line,
produced easterly of Lot Nineteen (19) , said Block and
Subdivision.
Together with a six (6) inch terra cotta sewer late_'al
from the main sewer to the line of Lot Eighteen (18) ,
said Block and Subdivision, as a tart of the main improve-
ment.
As said Drive, Lots, Block and. Subdivision are shown on
a Plat recorded in Plat Book Ten ( 10) , Page Three (3) ,
of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
The City En7ineer is hereby dirActed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk Plans and Specifications of said improvement and an estimate
of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the expenses
of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence
of the work, the preparation of bonds, interest during construction,
legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and
proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided for; and
the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting
property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-384, and the property against
which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be
designated as District SR
-.384.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 5th DAY OF March A.D.1941.
