Resolution 5181 RESOLUTION NO. 5181
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, have been petitioned to consider the amending,
supplementing, changing, modifying and/or repealing of the
regulations, restrictions, and/or boundaries as provided in
Ordinance No. 289, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of
Miami Beach, Florida, as hereinafter set forth, to-wit:
To change the Use Regulation on Lot 10,
Block 41, Belle View Subdivision, in the
City of Miami Beach, r'lorida, according to
Plat recorded in Plat Book 6, at Page 114,
of the Public Records of Dade County, r'lorida,
from its present classification, "RD" Single-
Family District, to what is known as "RDD" Restricted
Multiple Family District, as said use classifica-
tions are described in Ordinance No. 289, as
amended
•
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that a public hearing be
called for the 16th day of April, 1941, at 10:00 o' clock ,
A. I . , in the Council Chambers at the City Hall, Miami Beach,
Florida, for the purpose as above set forth, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that notice of the time, place
and object of such hearing be published as is provided by
said Ordinance.
