) WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
have been petitioned to consider the amending, supplementing, chang-
ing, modifying and/or repealing of the regulations, restrictions ,
and/or boundaries as provided in Ordinance No. 289, commonly known
as the Zoning Ordinance of Miami Beach, Florida, as hereinafter set
forth, to-wit:
That the Use and Area Regulations on the following described
property, to-wit:
Block 2, LaGorce Island, in the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, according to a Plat recorded in Plat Book
40, at Page 60, Public Records of Dade County, 11lorida,
be changed from its present Use Regulation of "RD" single-
Family classification to what is known as "RB" Estate
classification and from its present Area Regulation District
No. 7 to Area Regulation District No. 35.
That the Use and Area Regulations on the following described
properties, to-wit:
Blocks 3 and 5, LaGorce Island, in the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, according to a plat recorded. in Plat
Book 34, at Page 83, Public Records of Dade County,
Florida,
be changed from their present Use Regulation of "RD" Single-
Family classification to what is known as "RB" Estate classi-
fication and from their present Area Regulation District No.
7 to Area Regulation District No. 35.
That the Use and Area Regulations on the following described
property, to-wit:
Block 4, LaGorce Island in the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, according to a plat recorded in Plat Book 40
at Page 7, Public Records of Dade County, Florida,
j be changed from its present Use Regulation of "RD" Single-
1 Family classification, to what is known as "RB" Estate classi-
fication and from its present Area Regulation District No. 7
to Area Regulation District No. 35.
That the Use and Area Regulations on the following described
property, to-wit :
Block 6, LaGorce Island in the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, according to a plat recorded in Plat Book 40
at Page 53, Public Records of Dade County, Florida,
be changed from its present Use Regulation of "RD" Single-
Family classification to what is known as "RC" Estate classi-
fication and from its present Area Regulation District No. 7
to Area Regulation District No. 34.
That the Use and Area Regulations on the following
described property, to-wit:
Block 7, LaGorce Island in the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, according to a plat recorded
in Plat Book 40 at Page 46, Public Records of
Dade County, Florida.

be changed from its present Use Regulation of "RD" Single-
Family classification to what is known as "RC" Estate classi-
fication and from its present Area Regulation District No. 7 ,
to Area Regulation District No. 22.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that a public hearing be called
for the 16th day of April, 1941, at 10:00 o' clock, A. M. , in the
Council Chambers at the City Hall, Miami Beach, Florida, for the
purpose as above set forth, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that notice of the time, place and
object of such hearing be published as is provided by said Ordinance.
