SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is herby
ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention
to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SR-385 The laying underground of an eight (0) inch terra
cotta sanitary sewer and necessary manholes and
appurtenances.
At or near the northerly curb line of Eighty-third.
(83rd) Street from a point at or near the centerline
of the alley west of Collins Avenue, to a point at
or near the westerly line, produced southerly of
Collins Avenue .
Also at of near the easterly curb line of said Collins
Avenue, from a point at or near the northerly curb
line, produced easterly of said Eighty-third (83rd)
Street to a point at or near, the southerlyine, produced
westerly, of Lot Two (2) , Block Sixteen (160, Corrected
Plat of Altos Del Max No . 1.
Together with a six ( 6) inch terra cotta sewer lateral
from the main sewer to the line of Lots One (1) and ILO
( 2) , said Block and Subdivision, as a part of the main
improvement.
As said Street, Alley, Avenue, Lots, Block and Subdivision
are shown on Plats recorded in Plat Book Four ( 4) , Page
One Hundred Sixty-two (162) , and in Plat Book Thirty-one
(31) , Page Forty (40) , of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida, and as said Eighty-third (83rd) Street
is named anddesignated in Ordinance No. 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk Plans and Specifications of said improvement and an estimate
of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the expenses
of nreliminer. y and other surveys, the inspe:,tion and superintendence
of the work, the preparation of bonds, interest during construction,
legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and
proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided fpr; and
the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting
property.
This Improvement shall be designated in allproceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-385, and the property against
which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be
designated as District SR-385.
