RESOLUTION NO. 5191
SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
SR-386 SR-336
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby setting forth its inten-
tion to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SR-386 The laying underground of an eight (8) inch terra
cotta sanitary sewer and necessary manholes and
appurtenances.
At or near the easterly curb line of Pine Tree Drive,
from a point at or near the southerly line , produced
westerly of Lot Five ( 5) , Block One (1) , Beachview
Addition, to a point at or near the southerly line,
produced westerly, of Sixty-Third (63rd) Street.
Together with a six (6) inch terra cotta sewer lateral
from the main sewer to the line of Lots A and B, Resub-
division of Lot Six ( 6) , said Block and Subdivision,
as a Hart of the main improvement.
As said Drive, Street, Lots, Block, Addition and Re-
subdivision are shown on plats recorded in Plat Book
Sixteen (16) , Page Forty (40) , and in Plat Book Thirty-
five (35) , Page Fifty-six ( 56) of the Public Records
of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the City
Clerk dans and Specifications of said improvement and an estimate of
the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the expenses of
preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence of
the work, the preparation of bonds, interest during construction, legal
services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper
in conducting the proceedings , and work herein provided for; and the
estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments and
bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-386, and the property against which
assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be designated
as District SR-386.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 19th DAY OF March A.D. 1941.
