RESOLUTION NO. 5214
A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR WRITTEN
OBJECTIONS TO THE CONFIRMATI:ON
OF ASSESSMENT ROLLS.
SANITARY SEWER DISTRICTS SR-370,
IMPROVEMENTS SR-370, 373, 377, 378 AND 379
373, 377, 378 AND 379
WHEREAS, preliminary assessment rolls have been
completed by the City Engineer and filed by h'.m with
the City Clerk, on the above described improvements in
accordance with the provisions of Sections 29 tnd 30,
of the City Charter.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami. Beach, Florida, that the City
Clerk cause notice to be given in accordance with said
City Charter that a meeting of the City Council will be
held at 10:00 o'clock A. M. , April 16th, A. D. , 1941 ,
at which time all interested persons may appear and file
written objections to the confirmation of said rolls.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of April,
A. D. 1941. .
