Resolution 5236 RESOLUTION NO. 5236
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
have been petitioned to consider the amending, supplementing, chang-
ing, modifying and/or repealing of the regulations, restrictions,
and/or boundaries as provided in Ordinance No. 289, commonly known
as the Zoning Ordinance of Miami Beach, Florida, as hereinafter set
forth, to-wit:
That the Use and Area Regulations of the following described
property, to-wit:
Lots 7, 8, 9 and 10, less the north 50 feet of
Lot 7 , of Block 80, of Alton Beach Bay Front
Subdivision, according to a Plat recorded in
Plat Book 6 at Page 12, of the Public Records
of Dade County, Florida,
be changed from its present Use Regulation "RAA" Estate
District classification, to what is known as "RE" Multiple
Family District classification, and from its present Area
Regulation District No. 8, to what is known as Area Regula-
tion District No. 7 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that a public hearing be called
for the 11th day of June, 1941, at 10:00 o' clock A. M. , in the
Council Chambers at the City Hall, Miami Beach, Florida, for the
purpose as above set forth, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that notice of the time, place and
object of such hearing be published as is provided by said Ordinance.
