RESOLUTION NO. 5237
HIGHWAY
IMPROVEMENT H-229 DISTRICT H-229
WHEREAS, the City Council, by resolution passed
and adopted on the 16th day of April, 1941 , ordered
the Highway Improvement H-229,
District H-229, and has prepared and filed
with the City Clerk plans and specifications of such im-
provement and an estimate of the cost thereof, includ-
ing an estimate of the cost of the incidental expenses
of said improvement and whereas due notice by publication
as reouired by the City Charter has been made that the
City douncil would on the 7th day of May, 1941,
at the City Hall in said City at 10: 00 o1clock A. M. ,
receive and hear objections of all persons interested to
the confirmation of said resolution ordering said improve-
ment, and no objections having been presented at the time
and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the said rea
volution of said City Council ordering said Highway
Improvement H-229, District H-229, be and
the same is hereby confirmed, and an appropriation of
414,974.30 is hereby authorized to be set up
from Current i1'und Surplus the City
Council hereby declaring its intention to proceed with
City forces without contract.
