SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention
to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SR-38? The laying underground of an eight (8) inch terra
cotta sanitary sewer and necessary manholes and
appurtenances.
At or near the centerline of Eightieth (80th) Street
from a point at or near the centerline of the alley west
of Collins Avenue to a point at or near the westerly line,
produced northerly, of said Collins Avenue ;
At or near the centerline of said Eightieth (80th)
Street from a point at or near the easterly line,
produced northerly, of said Collins avenue to a point
approximately fifty ( 50) feet east of the easterly
line produced northerly, of Atlantic Way.
Together with a six ( 6) inch terra cotta sewer lateral
from the main sewer to the line of Lot One ( 1) , Block
Four (4) , Corrected Plat of Altos Del Mar No. 1, as
a part of the main improvement.
As said Street, Alley, Avenue, Way and Subdivision are
shown on a Plat recorded in Plat Book Thirty-One (31) ,
Page Forty (40) , of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida, and as said Street and Way are named and designated
in Ordinance No. 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the City
Clerk Plans and Specifications of said improvement and an estimate of
the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the expenses of
preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence of
the work, the preparation of bonds, interest during construction, legal
cervices, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper
in conducting the proceedings, and work herein provided for; and the
estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting
property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments and
honds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-387, and the property against which
assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be designated
as District SR-387.
