SUBJECT: Public Meetings Scheduled for .0. Bond Discussion
This Letter to Commission is to notify you that four public meetings have been scheduled for the
purpose of discussing the prioritization of projects in the planned 2018 G.O. Bond program.
Meetings were scheduled appropriately as to ensure that one was held in North Beach, Middle
Beach and South Beach as well as a weekend meeting.
The purpose of these meetings is for the residents to gain a deeper understanding of the
proposed G.O. Bond, to hear from city leaders about the proposed projects and to be an integral
part of the planning process. This feedback will help staff understand what is important to our
residents and assist in the prioritization of projects.
Below is a copy of the postcard that is being mailed to residents.
