RESOLUTION NO. 5251
SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENTS SR-380, DISTRICTS SR-380
SR-381 AND SR-382 SR-381 AND SR-382
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice has been given, as required by the
Charter of said City, that at a meeting of said City
Council to be held at 10 :00 o' clock A. M. , May
21st , A. D. 1941, it would hear any objections
of persons interested in or affected by the above des-
ignated improvements as to the acceptance thereof, and
no objections having been presented, said improvements ,
as completed, be and the same are hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of May,
A. D. 19 41.
