Resolution 5261 RESOLUTION NO. 5261 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA VACATING THAT PORTION OF 76TH STREET LYING WEST OF DICKENS AVENUE AND THAT CERTAIN STREET RUNNING IN A NORTHERLY AND SOUTHERLY DIRECTION AND LYING IM- MEDIATELY WEST OF BLOCK 30, ALTOS DEL MAR NO. 3. WHEREAS, this body has been petitioned by the Dade County Board of Public Instruction, owner of all that property abutting upon that portion of 76th Street lying west of Dickens Avenue and that certain street running in a northerly and southerly direction and lying immediately west of Block 30 of Altos Del Mar No. 3, as said Streets and Block are shown of record on the Plat tos Del Mar No. 3, recorded in Plat Book 8 at Page 417 ' •71ic Records of Dade County, Florida, to vacate that portion of these two heretofore described streets, and it appearing to this body that all the property owners who may be injuriously affected by said proposed vacation are in favor of same, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA: That all of that portion of 76th Street lying west of Dickens Avenue and that certain street running in a northerly and southerly direction and lying immediately west of Block 30 of Altos Del Mar No. 3 as said Streets and Block are shown of record on the Plat of Altos Del Mar No. 3, recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 41, Public Re- cords of Dade County, Florida, be and the same are here- by vacated, discontinued and abandoned. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of May, A.
