HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,FLORIDk :
That the construction of the following described improvement is
herebyordered to be made : The City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
H-255 FOURTEENTH. (14) PLACE, from Pennsylvania Avenue to Meridian
Avenue, to be raved and where heretofore paved to be repaved,
to a width of thirty-nine (39) feet with a bituminous wearing
surface on a ten ( 10) inch rock base, and improved on both
sides with a concrete curb and gutter.
As said Place and Avenues are shown on the Amended Plat
of Block 117,117-A, 118 and 118-A of the Miami Ocean View
Company recorded in Plat Book Nine (9) , Page Seventy (70)
of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk Plans and Specifications of the said improvement and an
estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of
preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence of
the work, preparation of plans and specifications and estimates,
the printing and publication of notices, the orepara:tion of bonds
interest during construction, legal services, abstracts, etc. , and
any other expenses necessary and pr000r in conducting the proceedings
and work herein provided for: and the estimated amount to be assessed
against each front foot of abutting property.
This improvement shall be designated in ell proceedings, assessments
and bonds, as Highway Improvement H 255 and the property against
which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall '.De
designated as District H 255.
