RESOLUTION NO. 5302 (Amended by Resolution
No. 5318. )
WHEREAS, the Civil Service Act provides that the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, r'lorida, upon recommendation of the
Personnel Director, shall adopt a Classification Plan, grouping
together into classes, all positions occurring in the Classified
Service of said City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CIT? COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the following shall constitute the
official Classification Plan for the Classified Service of the City
of Miami Beach, Florida:
