RESOLUTION NO. 5312
HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
H-259 H-259
BE IT RESOLVEr BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered toae made; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention
to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
H-259 BYRON AVENUE From the north line of Seventy-fourth
(74th) Street to the south line of Seventy-fifth
(75th) Street, to be paved, and where heretofore
paved to be repaved, to a width of twenty (20) feet
with a bituminous wearing surface on an eight (8)
inch rock base.
As said Avenue and Streets are shown on a Plat recorded
in Plat Book Thirty-four (34) , Page Four (4) of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida, and as said Avenue and
Streets are named and designated in Ordinance No. 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the City
Clerk Plans and Specifications of said Improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of preliminary and other
surveys, the inspection and superintendence of the work, the preparation
of plans and specifications and estimates, the printing and publication
of notices, the preparation of bonds, interest during construction, legal
services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper in
conducting the proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated
amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments and
bonds as Highway Improvement H-259, and the property against which assess-
ments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be designated as
District H-259.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 2nd DAY OF JULY, A.D. 1941.
