Resolution 5319 • RESOLUTION NO. 5319 HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT H-260 H-260 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA: That the construction of the following described improvement is here-- by ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby setting forth its inten- tion• to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter: H-260 SEVENTY-FIFTH STRETT, From Harding Avenue to Carlyle Avenue, to be paved, and where heretofore paved to be repaved to a width of twenty ( 20) feet with a bituminous wearing surface on an eight (8) inch rock base . As said Street and Avenues are shown on a Plat recorded in Plat Book Thirty-four (34) , Page Four (4) , and in Plat Book Eight (8) , Page Forty-one of the Public Records of Dade County,Florida, and as said Avenues and Street are named and desig- nated in Ordinance No. 232. The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the City Clerk Plans and Specifications of said improvement and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and su.)erintenderce of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and estimates, the printing and publication of notices, the preparation of bonds, interest during construction, legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings and ?:•ork herein pro- vided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property. This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments and bonds as Highway Improvement H-260, and the property against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be desig- nated as District H-260.
