HIGHWAY IMPROVEMETT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CI'T'Y OF i•MIAiMII BEACH,FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention
to -proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the CityCharter:
H-261 36TH STRE',T, From Indian Creek Drive to Collins Avenue,
to be paved, and where heretofore raved to be repaved
to a width of thirty-nine (39) feet with a. bituminous
wearing surface on a ten (10) inch rock base, and
improved on both sides with a concrete curb and gutter.
As said Street and Avenue and Drive are shown on a Plat
recorded in Plat Book Five ( 5) , Pages Seven (7) and
Eight (8) of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida,
and as sDid. Street is named and designated in Ordinance
No. 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to -prepare and to file with the
City Clerk Plans and Specificaticns of said improvement and an estimate
of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of preliminary
' and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence of the work,
the preparation of plans and specifications and estimates, the printing
and publication of notices, the preparation of bonds, interest during
construction, lep.1 services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses
necessary ana proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein pro-
vided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed against each front
foot cf abutting nroperty.
This Improvement shall be designated In all proceedings, assessments and
bonds as Highway Improvement H-261, and the property against which
assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be designated
as District H-261.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 16th DAY OF July A.D. 1941.
