SANITARY SEWER LATERAL DISTRICT
IMPROVEMENT SL-17

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby setting forth its inten-
tion to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SL-17 The laying underground of a six (6) inch terra cotta
sewer lateral as a separate improvement from the exist-
ing sanitary sewer to the property line of Lot Nineteen
(19) , Block Twenty-six (26) .
In Thirty-sixth (36th) Street between Indian Creek Drive
Aad Collins Avenue .
As said Drive and Avenue are shown on a Plat recorded in
Plat Book Five (5) , Pages Seven (7) and Eight (8) of
the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, and as said
street is named and designated in Ordinance No. 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk Plans and Specifications of said improvement with an estimate
of the cost, including an estimate of the cost of the expenses of pre-
liminary and other saveys, the inspection and superintendence of the
work, the preparation of plans and specifications and estimates, the
printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the preparation
of bonds, interest during construction, legal services, abstracts, etc . ,
and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the proceed-
ings and work herein provided for; and the estimated amount to be
assessed against the abutting property for each sewer lateral.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Lateral Improvement SL-17, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SL-17.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 16th DAY OF July A.D.1941.
