HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-265 DISTRICT H-265
WHEREAS, the City Council, by resolution passed and adopted
on the 8th day of August, 1941, ordered the Highway Improvement H-265,
District H-265, and has prepared and filed with the City Clerk plans
and specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the cost
thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the incidental expenses
of said improvement, and whereas due notice by publication as required
by the City Charter has been made that the City Council would on the
20th day of August, 1941, at the City Hall in said City at 10:00 o' clock
A. Ivi. , receive and hear objections of all persons interested to the
confirmation of said resolution ordering said improvement, and said
hearing was continued to this meeting, and no objections having been
presented at the times and place aforesaid,
THEREFOR', BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
i: iami Beach, Florida, that the said resolution of said City Council
ordering said Highway Improvement H-265, District H-265, be and the
same is hereby confirmed, and an appropriation of X475.64 is hereby
authorized to be set up from Budgetary Item 481-P. the City Council
hereby declaring its intention to proceed with City forces without
contract.
