A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR OBJEC-
TIONS TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF
IMPROVEMENT S
SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENTS SR-384, DISTRICTS SR-384, SR-385,
SR-385, SR-386 AND SR-387 SR-386 AND SR-387
WHEREAS, SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS SR-384, 385, 386 and 387,
385, 386 and 387
Districts SR-384, haWtbeen completed and acceptance of
said improvements recommended by the City Manager and
the City Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, LE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City
Clerk cause notice to be given in accordance with the
Charter of said City, that a meeting of the City Coun-
cil will be held at 10 :00 o 'clock A. M. on October 15th,
, A. D. 1941 , at the City Hall, at which time and
place said City Council will hear any objections of
persons interested in or affected by the said improve-
ment3as to the acceptance thereof by the City Council .
