RESOLUTION NO . 5355
A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR OBJEC-
TIONS TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF
IMPROVEMENTS.
SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENTS SL-17 AND SL-18 DISTRICTS SL-17 AND SL-18
LATERAL
WHEREAS, SANITARY SEWER/ IMPROVEM,ENTS SL-17,AND SL-18,
and SL-18,
District SL-17 / has been completed and acceptance of
said improvements recommended by the City Manager and
the City Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, LE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City
Clerk cause notice to be given in accordance with the
Charter of said City, that a meeting of the City Coun-
cil will be held at 10:00 o 'clock A. M. on October 15th,
, A. D. 1941, at the City Hall, at which time and
place said City Council will hear any objections of
persons interested in or affected by the said improve-
ments as to the acceptance thereof by the City Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of October,
