A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR WRITCEN
OBJECTIONS TO THE CONFIRMATION
OF ASSESSMENT ROLLS.
SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS DISTRICTS SR-384, SR-385,
SR-384, SR-385, SR-386 AND SR-387 SR-386 AND SR-387
WHEREAS, preliminary assessment rolls have been
completed by the City Engineer and filed by htm with
the City Clerk, on the above described improvements in
accordance with the provisions of Sections 29 rnd 30,
of the City Charter.
F THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City
Clerk cause notice to be given in accordance with said
City Charter that a meeting of the City Council will be
held at 10:00 o'clock A. M. on October 15th,A.D. ,1941 ,
at which time all interested persons may appear and file
written objections to the confirmation of said rolls.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of October,
