Resolution 5360 RESOLUTION NO. 5360 HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT H-267 H-267 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CI`?'Y CF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA: That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter: H-267 THIRTY-SECOND STREET, From Indian Creek Drive to a point two hundred seventy ( 270) feet east of the east line of Collins Avenue, to be Waved, and where heretofore paved to be renaved. to a width of thirty-nine (39) feet with a Bituminous wearing surface on a ten (10) inch rock base , and improved on both sides with a concrete curb and gutter. Street tis said/Avenue and Drive are shown on a Plat recorded in Plat Book Five (5) , Pages Seven ( 7) and Eight (8) of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, and as said Street is named and designated in Ordinance No. 232. The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the City Clerk Plans and Specifications of said imnrovement and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and estimates, the printing and publication of notices, the preparation of bonds, interest during con- struction, legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimatea amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property. This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments and bonds as Highway Improvement H-267, and the property against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be designated as District H-267.
