Resolution 5366 T T RESOLUTION NO. 5366 SANITARY SER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-397 SR-397 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,FLORIDA: That the construction of the following described improvement is her^by ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter: SR-397 The laying underground of an eight (8) inch terra cotta sanitary sewer and necessary manholes and appurtenances. At or near the centerline of Thirty-second (32nd) Street from Indian Creek Drive to a point at or near the easterly line of Lot Six (6) , Block Sixteen (16) , Ocean Front Property of the Miami Beach Improvement Com-oany. Together with a six ( 6) inch terra cotta sewer lateral from the main sewer to the line of Lot Six (6) , Block Sixteen (16) , as a Hart of the main improvement. As said Street, Drive and Subdivision are shown on a Plat recorded in Plat Book Five (5) , Pages Seven (7) and Eight (8) of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, and as said Street is named and designated in Ordinance No. 232. The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the City Clerk Plans and Specifications of said improvement and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence of the work, the pre- paration of bonds, interest during construction, legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and prover in conducting the pro- ceedings and work herein provided for ; and the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property. This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-397, and the property against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be designated as District SR397.
