SANITARY SEUER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CI`T'Y COUNCIL OF '._HE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention
to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SR-398 The laying underground of a ten (10) inch terra cotta
sanitary sewer and necessary manholes and appurtenances.
At or near the centerline of Byron Avenue from a point
at or near the north line of Lot Five (5) , Block Seven
(7) , Haynesworth Beach Subdivision, to a point at or near
the north line of Lot Nine (9) , said Block Seven (7) .
Together with a six ( 6) inch terra cotta sewer lateral
from the -lain sewer to the line of Lots Eight (8) and
Nine (9) , Block Seven ( 7) , Haynesworth Beach Subdivision,
as a part of the main improvement.
As said Avenue, Street, Lots, Block, Subdivision are shown
on Plats recorded in Plat Book Forty-one (41) , at Page Two
( 2) of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed. to prepare and to file with the City
Clerk Plans and Specifications of said improvement and an estimate of
the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of preliminary and
other surveys, the inspection and superintendence of the work, the °repara-
tion of plans and specifications and estimates, the printing and -ublica-
tion of notices, the preparation of bonds, interest during construction,
legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and
proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided for; and
the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting
property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments and
bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-398, and the property against
which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be
designated as District SR-398.
PASSED AND ADOPTED `HIS 3rd DAY OF October A.D. 1941.
