SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENTS SR-392, 394, 395, DISTRICTS SR-392, 394,

WHEREAS, on the 3rd day of October, 1941, the
City Council passed and adopted resolutions ordering the
improvements designated as Sanitary Sewer
ImprovementS SR-33 , 33gg , 395 istricts SR-392, 394, 395, 396, 297
and directed the3CYty3r'A; } .1o prepare and file plans and 398
and specifications of suchimprovements and an estimate
of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the incidental
e: )onses , and the said plans and specifications and esti-
mate of cost and estimate of incidental expenses have been
filed by the City Engineer with the City Clerk.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to
be posted at the door of the City Hall in the City of Miami
Beach:, Miami Beach Police Station and Dade Boulevard Fire
Station, in the City of Miami Beach, a notice stating that
at a meeting of the City Council of Miami Beach on the
15th day of Octoberm 1941 , at 10 :00 o ' clock A. M. , the
City Council will hear the objections of all persons in-
terested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvements .
