SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEITENT SR-398 DISTRICT SR-398
'AHEREAS, the City Council, by resolution- passed
and adopted on the 3rd day of October, 19 4; ordered
the Sanitary Sewer Improver,.ent SRp398, ,
District SR-398, and has prepared and filed with the City
Clerk plans and specifications of such improvement and an
estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the
cost of the incidental expenses of said improvement, and
whereas due notice by publication as required by the City
Charter has been made that the City Council would on the
15th day of October, 1941 , at the Clty :fall in said
City at 10:00 o' clock A, i�� . , receive and hear objections of t
all persons interested to the confirmation of said resolution
ordering said improvement: and no objections having been pre-
sented at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the said resolution of
said Ci 'Gy Council ofd.ering said Sanitary Sewer
Impr.ovement SR-398, District SR-398, be and the same is hereby
confirmed, and an appropriation of ci36l3.25 is hereby
authorized to be set up from Unappropriated Capital Fund,
the City Council hereby declaring its intention to proceed
with City forces without contract.
