BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
O:' MTk I BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice htls been given, as required by the
Charter of said City, that at a meeting of said City
Council to be held at 10 : 00 o'clock A. M. , October
15th A. D. 1941, it would hear any objections
of persons interested in or affected by the above des-
ignated improvements as to the acceptance thereof, and
no objections having been presented, said improvements ,
as completed, be and the same are hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of October,
