SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED 3Y THE CII' COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,F LORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention
to proceed. under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SR-400 The laying underground of an ei^•ht (8) inch terra
cotta sanitary sewer and necessary manholes and
an7,urtenances .
At or near the centerline of the alley east of
Abbott Avenue, from a point at or near the northerly
line , produced easterly of Lot Five (5 ) , Block Seven
(7) , Normandy Beach South Subdivision, to anoint at
or near the northerly line, aroduced easterly, of
said Block 7.
Together with a six (6) inch terra. cotta sewer lateral
from the main sewer to the line of Lot Two ( 2) , said
Block and Subdivision, as a Hart of the main improvement.
As said Alley, Avenue, Lot, Block and Subdivision are
shown on a Plat recorded in Plat Book Twenty-one ( 21) ,
Page Fifty-four (54) , of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to nrenare and to file with the City
Clerk Plans and S-oecifications of said improvement and an estimate of
the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the expenses of
preliminary and other surveys, the inscec.tion and superintendence of
the work, the preparation of bonds, interest during construction, legal
services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and nrooer
in conducting the Proceedings and work herein -provided for; and the
estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property .
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceeding s, assessments and.
bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-400, and the nronerty against which
assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be designated
as District SR-400.
PASSED ASID ADOPTED THIS 6th DAY OF November A.D. 1941.
