HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; ::he City Council hereby setting forth its inten-
tion to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
H-270 BONITA DRIVE, From Seventy-first (71st) Street
to the north line of Lot One (1) , Block One ( 1) ,
Normandy Beach South, to be ~paved, and where
heretofore paved, to be repaved to a width of
twenty (20) feet with a bituminous wearing surface
on an eic,ht (8) inch rock base .
As said Drive, Street and Subdivision are shown
on a Plat recorded in Plat Book Twenty-one ( 21) ,
Page Fifty-four (54) of the Public Records of
Dade County, Florida, and as said Bonita. Drive is
named and designated in Ordinance No. 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to nre,oare and to file with the
City Clerk Plans and Specifics"tions of said. improvement and an estimate
of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of preliminary
and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence of the work,
the -orenaretion of plans anc. specifications ani_ estimates, the >ri .ting
and publication of notices, tie orepar°ation of bonds, interest during
construction, legal services, abstracts, etc. , and eny other expenses
necessary and -Droner in conducting the proceedings and work herein
provided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed against each
front foot of abutting nronerty.
This Improvement shell be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Highway Improvement H-270, and the property a,r_ainst which
assessments therefor - ay be made for the cost thereof shall be desig-
nated as District H-270.
