HIGHWAY
IMPROVE:ENT H-270 DISTRICT H-270
WHEREAS, the City Council, by resolution passed
and adopted on the 5th day of December,1941, ordered
the Highway Improvement H-270, ,
District 11-27u, and has prepared and filed with the City
Clerk plans and specifications of such improverLent and an
estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the
cost of the incidental expenses of said improvement, and
whereas due notice by publication as required by the City
Charter has been made that the City Council would on the
17th day of December, 19 4} at the City jail in said
City at 10:00 o' clock A. M. , receive and hear objections of
all persons interested to the confirmation of said resolution
ordering said improvement; and no objections having been pre-
sented at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the caid resolution of
said City Council ordering said Highway
Improvement H-270, District H-270, be and the same is hereby
confirmed, and an appropriation of 43659.56 is hereby
authorized to be set up from Budgetary Item 481-P,
the City Council hereby declaring its intention to proceed
with City forces without contract.
