SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEIIENT SR-404 DISTRICT BR-404

WHEREAS, the City Council, by resolution passed
and adopted on the 5th day of December, 1941, ordered
the Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-404, ,
District SR-404, and has prepared and filed with the City
Clerk plans and specifications of such improvement and an
estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the
cost of the incidental expenses of said improvement, and
whereas due notice by publication as required by the City
Charter has been made that the City Council would on the
17th day of December, 1941, at the City Hall in said
City at 10:00 olclock A. M. , receive and hear objections of
all persons interested to the confirmation of said resolution
ordering said improvements and no objections having been pre-
sented at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the said resolution of
said Ci car Council ordering said Sanitary Sewer
Improvement SR-404,DistrictSR-404, be and the same is hereby
confirmed, and an appropriation of p97. 65 is hereby
authorized to be set up from Unappropriated Capital Fund
the City Council hereby declaring its intention to proceed
with City forces wi thout contract.

1941 .
